Everyone knows everyone else in each office and across the firm for the most part. People are helpful and willing to work together to get the most value for the clients and each other.

Long hours at peak times. Not a bad thing, just a growing pain, but leadership is dedicated and investing rapidly in the firm and the employees to continue to grow.
