"Management" lacks any vision. Managers are not promoted based on capability or merit. Company condones and allows nepotism. RES service centers were encouraged to bypass ISO standards and safety requirements. Draconic feel and business units were managed through fear. Employees were shamed and bullied into forfeiting a healthy work/life balance. Employee morale was non-existent. No growth structure and employees are isolated. Overall negative experience. Best day of work was my last day.
