The people here are just fantastic, all of them really intelligent, thorough and driven to make the world a better place. I can't imagine a better group of coworkers to work with on a daily basis.

Sometimes, things can get really intense, and that's not the sort of thing that's going to be a good fit for every potential employee.

- colleagues include some very good, smart, and committed people around the world - usually despite top management, staff are sometimes able to advance meaningful campaigns

- a toxic work environment, the ED effectively trying to crush the union - limited capacity to launch meaningful campaigns and deliver on them in meaningful ways - little transparency regarding how much of the money raised in a fundraiser is actually directed to that campaign
