Vantaggi
The initial communication was relatively fast, and the interviewers were polite during our conversations.
Svantaggi
The "Entry Level" Paradox: The role was explicitly advertised as Entry Level, requiring only English proficiency. I meet all these requirements, yet after two rounds of interviews, I was rejected for "lack of experience." It is highly unprofessional to label a position as entry-level if you are actually looking for seasoned professionals. Contradictory Communication: During the second interview, we spent time discussing the company’s training program for new hires. It makes no sense to discuss training and then reject a candidate for needing that very training. Slow Feedback Loop: I was left waiting for two weeks after the final interview. While I understand that hiring takes time, keeping a candidate in limbo for a role that supposedly doesn't require complex technical vetting is disrespectful. Wasted Effort: If my profile (which clearly shows my experience level) wasn't what they were looking for, I should have been screened out at the CV stage, not after two interviews.
