      The bands and understanding co-workers.

      The owner is pretty overwhelming and aggressive at times but can be understanding at times. Terrible work life balance, you are expected to be “always on”. Frequent outbursts took place in front of the whole team.

      these guys do everything and literally don't care about the rules, in a good way. way better than working at a major label where everything takes forever and they operate out of fear
