Svantaggi
Where to start—there have been four business development directors in the past year. The head of services has left, the head of analytics was pushed out, and the remaining leadership, if you can call it that, is completely ineffective. They operate with a penny‑rich, pound‑poor mindset, relying heavily on interns and recent graduates on H1‑B visas with no real experience, placing them in project roles without proper training or support. It sets people up to fail and undermines every engagement.
Communication across the organization is virtually nonexistent. They have one primary client and still struggle to deliver consistently. Leadership gravitates toward the flashy, visible work in front of the client, yet they come and go from the office whenever they want while insisting everyone else be onsite daily.
HR is equally dysfunctional—there are no defined processes, and the few that exist aren’t followed. You can’t get clear information on anything, and there’s no sense of structure, accountability, or operational maturity anywhere in the organization.
