Pay is a little bit under average but they make up for it in benefits and yearly salary increase

Good people, especially Jr. Leadership. The focus on security is top notch.

Senior leadership is rough. Expectations from Executive Leadership are often unrealistic. Not a data driven organization. Operationally the business lacks maturity.
