Working at Summit Careers has been a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I was hired, I was welcomed with open arms and immediately felt like part of the team. Summit is unlike any other employer I’ve worked for — they prioritize employee development and connection in a way that’s rare to find. The training is thorough, and new employees receive weekly check-ins to ensure they feel supported and heard. Monthly lunches give us a chance to share feedback and reflect on our experience, which shows how much the company values growth and transparency. One of the things I appreciate most is how Summit integrates multiple teams across the company. It helps you understand your role fully and work more efficiently, especially since so many roles are interconnected. There’s more than enough opportunity to learn, grow, and thrive here — and I’m grateful to be part of such a thoughtful and dynamic organization.

Personally my commute is far so I spend a lot on gas.

Working for Summit Careers has been life-changing for me. Before working here, I had no professional experience, and yet they provided me with an amazing opportunity. With this opportunity, I have been able to learn a tremendous amount to not only become a better employee but a better person. Over the past three years this company has allowed me to accomplish unimaginable goals, travel to a different country (for free), and work with coworkers who I consider family. I could go on and on about all the other tremendous things, not only that I have experienced but that I have seen others experience as well. However, I would just like to say thank you again to Summit for this amazing opportunity.
