Good benefits, decent pay if not mandated to work 7 days a week for weeks on end.

In order to get anything taken care of, you take a number and wait for a response from corp. District manager rarely returns a phone call or responds to messages. Must wear slip resistant shoes at all times. Dont get hurt on the job, youll be at fault even if you had your ppe. They will work you to death 7 days a week, for a month straight, upper manahement does not care as ling as they have their weekends off with their family. Vacation package and paid holidays are nice if you can use them. They dont budget for over time, but run very short staffed, cant have over time, so how do you use vacation? You cant!! Very high turn over rate because people figure out its not the job they signed up for. This company only cares about its bottom line and nothing more. Penny oinching every little scrap of food, weekly inventory, and it must be 100% accurate or else. After ten years of non-sense, ive moved on to a much better employer.

Decent pay and great coaching and leadership from my former supervisor.

My former District Manager was treated very badly by senior management, resulting in his unplanned resignation, after years of dedicated service. He was a very caring and professional leader who was experiencing personal issues, but senior management failed to provide him with the support he needed, so he resigned. I have spoken to several of my peers, and they recognized the same lack of caring for our former boss. Since his departure, our team has struggled with uncaring and disengaged replacement managers.
