The technical staffing industry is not always easy - Summit Group does an excellent job supporting their internal employees and consultants, but know that you will be challenged to grow and learn every day! I see this as a positive, personally.

Core team is great - (not leadership)

Leadership does not trust team - (Camera watching the room while they arent there). Lack of transparency in pay / commissions
