Great colleagues but poor management after the move - Recensione dipendente - Medical Assistant presso Summit Health

Once the office moved to a Summit Health multi-specialty office with a new Manger, the scheduling got really wonky and there were whole shifts when I would be the only MA on staff. We had a busy practice and it became insane. The new manager had no idea what she was doing- our old manager had decades of healthcare experience and this new one had an MBA and an attitude and was rarely around to discuss issues.
