This company does the bare minimum for its employees . The Health insurance is sub par unless you pay extra and for a company that is owned by Drs that’s unacceptable ,the PTO is less than anywhere I’ve ever worked and after 5 years is frozen and never increases ??? Raises have been frozen at 1.5% since the recession SERIOUSLY ! Absolutely no reason to invest yourself in this company if you need an entry level med job and you don’t plan on sticking around go for it otherwise your better off somewhere else .
