Managment is only flexible if you are best friends with them, toxic cliquey work environment with bad hours. Co-workers throw each other under the bus at any moment to get ahead or cover their own butts. Upper management does nothing to address issues and their is a high turnover rate because of it. Major issues with middle management and professionalism.
