Management is often disconnected, not present or unavailable, Management at Fort Collins and Loveland offices are often offsite. Hours are long and clinical caseload are very high. Decisions are made a higher level with little consideration for how it will affect the workers. The C-suite is not involved in any day to day operations,Hhigh turnover and burnout.
