Great Position With Advancement Opportunities - Recensione dipendente - Office Coordinator presso Sun Communities

I was told my position could lead to full-time hours. Months later my regional manager (same woman who originally told me that) said that I was working too many hours and that the position wasn't meant for full time. Thing is, someone always must be in the office during office hours and with a small community of about three-four employees there was some struggle to find balance. I would have preferred just to be made full time.
