Sun is a great company to wok for. I love that 9 years ago I started out as an Office Coordinator at a small community and today I am a Regional VP. Sun believes in there employees and gives them the tools to succeed. They have an excellent development plan and it helps you achieve your career goals. They don't look for the degree on the wall, they look at your potential. I work hard at my job but Sun rewards their employees and they make me want to do the best job that I can for the company.

While Sun is increasing the pay for groundskeeper and office coordinators, I feel they are still a little behind in that area. I would like to bring in office coordinators at a higher pay rate so that we have less turnover and we can continue to grow our bench.
