Sabotage and Belittling. HR does a standup job not listening or supporting employees. Lack of "basic" human resources abilities made working at Sun difficult when it came down to getting clarity on policies and practices along with benefits. Not enough support for lower level, even though it appears that it is until you see nothing changing and management still at it. Turnover over some of the dumbest situations. No reprimands or write-ups, just fired.
