Ladder style company, always ways to move up, lots of room to make bonuses in the call centre (quarterly bonus structure vs. yearly in other departments). everyone has a great attitude and seem to be very committed to the company

Lock you in to a 24 month commitment and you can not move outside of the call centre environment into other departments before then, can move in the department just not out \ surprisingly terrible benefits system, core benefits cover nothing, have to pay extra for other levels of coverage... your a benefit provider? why give your employees bad benefits?
