Because testing projects are often getting re-resourced mid way through, staff is like a revolving door- people are assigned then re- assigned to other projects, always getting new testers that never had a chance to work with similar Financial and corporate applications Long hours are required to manage this situation well not allowing projects to be impacted... you have to leverage strength as much as you can .... been bouncing between 4 to 8 projects which I'm leading and really want it to be right .... .... Hard to advance .....
