If you are not management you probably don’t make good money or have a good work/life balance unless you work in Marketing or on the investment side of things. The company is investing in bots to do tasks people are paid to do. They keep adding work without using the appropriate equipment or investing in some departments to make the expected work load and possible. Overtime daily, weekends working, and constantly being asked to work with problem equipment to the detriment of your life outside work. While preaching family and good life at work it proves to be hollow because management if too fat happy and living the good life working from home answering calls all day while employees work 14 hr days.
