Vanish by 5 PM having done little to no actual work. Gossip-Driven Operations: Rather than collaborating, people thrive on backbiting. Managers entertain baseless complaints like: "He’s not regular in office." "She logs in late every day." "That guy isn’t delivering anything." This negativity is not just tolerated – it’s rewarded. Those who stir the pot are given performance rewards and favorable treatment, while genuine contributors either burn out or are forced into PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) cycles they don’t deserve.
