      Pay structure is above average and has a high potential. Solar in general is an ever-changing industry so always new things to learn and grow in. Great team to work with as well.

      With the solar world ever changing it can be difficult to keep up. Sometimes it can feel overwhelming but feel the teams work together well to support one another. Sales as well is a different animal and can grind people down each month with new expectations and quotas to hit.

      Caleb Arthur is tenacious, innovative, and connected. He is constantly checking and adjusting to the current economic and political climates.
