The place is a political cesspool. Leadership (internally espoused as a grooming pool and foundation for future talent development) is dysfunctional. Management has the board on a string which is why no high paid executives were fired during RIF. Employees are ants, First Wind team has been give the keys and they operate like a mafia. Every 4 months Ahmad imposes massive org changes, disrupting any steadiness to success. Internal reporting, prep work etc is all consuming. Oh and the company has no cash. Don't believe the mgmt decks. Vendors don't get paid and payroll often barely met week to week. People are going to leave en masse on own volition and will be left with overpaid executive band.
