Company is very disorganized, no training has been given, CEO is the biggest narcissist and will scream at you or/and anyone and disrespect you every single day , everything depends on his mood which is bad all the time. Everybody is walking on eggshells around the office. Everybody is scared! You can be fired any minute - any day. Very unstable company to work in. You will never know what have you done wrong because everything you do is wrong in CEO’s eyes and you get screamed at and it’s just no need to be that way. Don’t walk - run away from this place! Absolutely the worst company I have ever worked for.
