Vantaggi

If you have a bit of previous experience you can have an impact here quickly. A lot of transparency around goals, budgets, forecasts etc. Cult like sports culture if you like that.

Svantaggi

There were junior people who were winging it and it was sometimes disruptive to the wider team, with questionable outcomes. There isn't always the time to support and properly skill up people in a junior position at SunGod. The business was quite top heavy for its size. A lot of people sat in meetings a lot leaving only some to focus on producing the output, often at questionable timelines with often inexperienced feedback on outcomes.

Vantaggi

No points to make now.

Svantaggi

Very poor recruitment process. Unclear, no feedback, long waiting times. This is after I took time off work to visit for a second stage interview lasting over an hour.

Vantaggi

- Lovely people to work with. Age range mostly 20-30s so younger atmosphere. - If you want to work in a fast paced environment and work put your all into the company (a lot of hours) then this place will suit. This is not for everyone.

Svantaggi

Don't be fooled by all the 5 star reviews on here. They're mainly from original employees who were based on Verbier and had a very different experience to the current reality in London. It's more worrying than positive there are only 5 star reviews on here. It doesn't necessarily speak for all viewpoints/experiences... - Lack of autonomy to do your job to full extent. This is due to CEO who still wants to control and be involved in day to day of all parts of the business. It's a "my way or the highway" attitude without having the experience to back it up. - Lack of support for development. Founders and management are inexperienced (this is their first time running and managing a business) so inherent lack of experience to learn from, especially if you're a junior member of the team. - Low job security. Be mindful of this. - Current morale is low. Too many projects being taken on means people are stretched, overworked and stressed/burnt out. Doesn't help when expectations are extremely high. - Pay is not competitive.
