THERE WAS NOT ONE BENEFIT TO WORKING HERE.

Fires people for no reason, does not pay earned commissions, doesn't care about employees, degrades workers, doesn't use proper business practices, uses profanity a lot, Dishonest in their dealings, does not tell people working for them that they need to be licensed with the CSLB, rips off and way overcharges customers, uses high pressure sales tactics, have to fight for leads, mis-classification as 1099, not employee. No benefits or perks, you have to buy your own equipment, no gas reimbursement, no car allowance, shows favoritism, uses profanity in meetings and is disrespectful, mis-treats customers and elderly, Very greedy, bad work ethics, multiple lawsuits against owner, does not complete work, high pressure, runs business poorly and dishonest, does not follow CSLB rules, I could go on and on!!!
