Unnecessarily complex work when it doesn’t need to be. Management caught up in bureaucracy. Poor work life balance expected to be contactable outside work hours meaning you are unable to switch off. Disconnect between regional staff and head office.

There are opportunities to work across disciplines with rewarding projects in regions, there are many proud country people working for the business who are awesome to work with.

      Managers are ineffective with pay structures that have no reward system for hard honest workers. You can work hard or not work you get the same treatment. Promotions are based on years working for the company not effective output of an employees.
