Starting from store Manger all the way up the Cain to highest management is horrible. If you work for sunbelt your just a number they do not care about you at all trust me. There turnover rate is really high you will work very long hours with no appreciation. They say room for advancement, no I was there for years never got a chance for advancement. I worked nearly 70 hours every week they burn you out. The only good the I can say is the people that work in the branch are great people just watch out for back stabing management.
