Flexibility with hours, employees are wonderful (does not apply to managers and executives), free laptop and free parking.

Svantaggi

Elitist environment and they don't actually care about you. Only the upper-level employees are well-taken care of, the rest get crappy pay and raises and its very obvious.

- not stressful if you are used to a call center setting - mindless work

Svantaggi

- Management is not consistent across the board. - Male management hugging female co-workers on the floor - Supervisors not providing feedback - no consistent training; 2 different teams could be be doing different work flows. - degrading way that leads speak with agents on the floor and get no consequences - training materials outdated and has inaccurate information that can harm the business - depending on the lead that you speak with you get different information - leads and supervisors can disappear off the floor and you could be waiting minutes; 5 to 10 to get an answer for a customer waiting on the phone.
