Sneaky employees doing so much behind closed doors. Awful leadership, not a single standard operating procedure company wide. Underpaid compared to anywhere else in the whole state of Illinois. They do not care about their employees personal lives at all. They call you out for one thing as other people do the same things on a daily basis. They hire convicted felons for the warehouse, and when cuts need to happen they cut from the hard working people making the products, instead of the lackadaisical managers.
