I Just Give Up - Recensione dipendente - Engineer presso Suncor Energy

Suncor is so disorganized and Syncrude is not onboard with systems and processes at the field level. My gosh this place cannot figure itself out after all these years. I could not listen to the leadership in all their obliviousness anymore. After over a decade working here and watching top talent giving up lately (i.e. quitting), I packed my bags and left as well. I am happy Suncor's production is doing better over the past two years, but it's a miserable place to work for a long time now. Life is too short to keep working here.
