-they not only don’t care about employees, at times they are anti-employee
-schedule is often posted less than 7 days before the work week
-hire to fire pipeline versus acknowledging they have a broken culture and system
-poor quality of leadership at all levels
-little training, support, product education
-preferential treatment provided to corporate employees and favorites
-the company seems to be poor with financial management and when they do invest it seems to be in the wrong things (optics vs business improvement)
