-They expect you to be available all the time, even on weekends if they want you, work life balance easily slips away.
-Passive aggressive tendencies, they have a small disagreement with you once and you can expect to see a new company policy which you're expected to sign in regards to the disagreement within a couple days. They'll dislike you for an indiscriminate amount of time after the disagreement as well.
-Unethical practices, they'll hire people with little to no experience and put them on cases with minimal support. If your supervisor is good you'll be fine but supervisors don't get much support either.
-The way the owner speaks to people including clientele is highly unprofessional most of the time. It's always passive aggressive and she'll be insensitive in regards to most things.
-Double standards, employees are expected to fill certain expectations but the owner is exempt from those expectations.
-Trying to request time off is a joke. You have to attempt to schedule a majority of the make up hours before they'll approve your time off. They won't respond to your email in regards to your time off until close to the date you need off and that's after you've had to follow up with them multiple times.
-Communication chains are unnecessarily complicated. You need to message one person for this, who then messages another person then another and another. Whatever you're trying to communicate might even come back to you because they sent it to somebody who just doesn't understand.
-Turnover rates at all levels are absurd because of all the glaring issues but the owner puts up a facade which traps people in the belief that this company is somehow better than the rest.
