Management and the team I work with are great. They are flexible with schedules if something comes up along with offering a choice between every other Friday off or the working remote on Fridays. The people there want to see you succeed and are always willing to answer questions and help you learn.

The only downside I’ve seen is that it takes a lot to get a decent raise that isn’t you’re 2-3%. You have to work at the company for around 4-5 years before a promotion would be considered and you have proven your abilities

People that work there are fantastic.

Management is the worst and don’t know what they’re doing.
