Sunfinity is lead by a team of executives with no solar experience and it shows. The business plan shifts from month to month as management chases ideas and different directions. Employee moral is low, as are the employee benefits. Prospective employees are lured with promises of bonuses and other incentives that never come to pass. Sunfinity sub contracts most aspects of their work, ususally to the lowest bidder - which leads to poor installations and customer service. Mostly smoke and mirrors found here.
