Lack of leadership by upper management. -Like others have mentioned, this place is a joke, and not a funny one. -If you are not Chinese speaking, do not even bother apply. -Everything is a mystery. No all hands meetings ever. -Management does not want to take ownership of anything. -English is the minority language. -Meetings are conducted in Englinese, which is chinese sprinkled with english -You need to punch in your time even if you are salaried. -Most employees are frightened when you speak to them in English, they look at their shoes. -Employees do not know how to clean up after themselves, leading to unsanitary work environments. Bathrooms have signs to remind employees to flush. The only issue is that the signs are in english, so instructions are not followed. I’ll leave the rest to your imagination.
