1. Have to work overtime to show that you are working.
2. Bias. Management only particular about punctuality for certain department. Others can come at anytime they like.
3. No proper policy in the company, each department have their own way.
4. The current HR does not display professionalism. She can be late but we cannot. Often not found in office. Always brushing off responsibilities by saying I dont know, and not helping the employee with their queries.
5, She lack of HR knowledge which her staff is way better than her.
6. A lot of favoritism in this company (boot licking managers).
