Very bad decision to work for Sunlight - Recensione dipendente - Production Supervisor, Shift Engineer presso Sunlight Group

The problem of the company is the CEO and 5 person in the Director level and Manager level. I think the owner has to wakeup because his money 💰 is melting like snow ❄️ under the sun. Very bad strategies from CEO a lot of facilities outside of companies are closed like in Italy probably the USA follow. Project shout down in the Lithium sector. Toxic environment and micromanagment will destroy the company. A lot of overtime working and burn out many employees left the company. Yearly reconstruction is a common thing but not helping.
