Great benefits from Healthcare, 401K matching, Holiday and Vacation. For a smaller company, they have quite a bit, but doesnt necessarily match the Big Tech. Leadership is pretty serious about work, I guess not a bad thing because it gives job security and things are always moving forward.

More vacation would be nice, you get it, but have to be there 2+ years Industry is very tough (solar) so a a lot of industry volatility, so sometimes turbulent, I get that being in a younger industry, but its not for everyone. You either enjoy startups or not. Sometimes work gets in the way of personal, as its demanding but only certain times of year like summer.
