Management tends to favor employees who engage in excessive brown-nosing, often overlooking hardworking individuals who don’t play into the politics. If you’re not part of the inner circle, it’s easy to feel undervalued and overlooked. Constructive feedback is rarely welcomed, and challenging the status quo can put you on the wrong side of senior management.
