There is no work life balance. They expect so much with so little labor to support the growing company's needs. No support from upper management. Recent micro managing techniques completely strip general managers of all control. Don't even think of requesting a weekend off. Be ready to work 60-70 hour weeks. They claim that your work day is 6am-4pm Monday-Friday and half a day Saturday 6am-12pm... unfortunately that is not so at all..
