You , your health,family ,social life,career,Wealth,luck everything suffers in the company. Worked for 5 years and i m still no where in industry standard.as you are not allowed to work and learn anything new other then their same working path. no new technique is allowed to use. Managing is the worst part of this office.Power is in wrong hands. All fresher in the company as staff changes every month.People leaves the company very frequently.Only 5 old manages and makes people leave the company for their personal growth. No loyal staff in the company.Everyone is all the speaking negative for the company with each other in office itself. Negative points to senior management.
