      Teammates was good. This is all I have to say, when there was no such big deal at that company.

      I worked at Sunovatech and had a tough experience. The team leads, especially Lokesh Yadav, had big egos and didn't know how to lead a team or be productive. They use a "use and throw" strategy with employees. We had to work until 8:30 PM to 9 PM every day. Even if you come in early in the morning, you can't leave before 8 PM. This was very frustrating. Working at Sunovatech has been a frustrating experience due to the ineffective team leads. The team leads here have significant ego problems and lack the essential knowledge required for their roles.

      Poor Pipeline and Management (First & Biggest Con- Causing Blunder in the end) Egoistic Team Leads and manager ((Abhinav Tuknait), Lokesh yadav, Jaspal, Paramjeet) Overtime Every single day till 8pm weather You come early or late No overtime benefits (Food, Travel Allowance, Incentives) They Currently have no projects Starting from may 2024 to present 2025, Still always in a rush of everything All team leads, HR, And Manager have teamed up, so no chance of any complaint to anyone. Lacks Team Management
