      Great teamwork on the ground or should I say rooftop ;) Daily tasks were a breeze as you got wonderful team members that contribute and shared the workload.

      - Pressured with very tight deadlines to finish a project, more often than not, safety is compromised - Upper management do not really care about on the ground staffs - Upper management have to be pushed and requested for training and safety aspects before any action is taken.
