The middle management are mostly Freemasons, I have it on very good authority it’s not just a rumour, photos have been seen! Middle management are useless, they seem to be out to get the workforce, and are untouchable as they’re all in each other’s pockets, you can’t progress very far at all unless you’re “in the barbecue club”, parts supply is shocking, very low morale, no training given at all, basically pick things up from the other lads, with all the experience leaving it was becoming more difficult, staff turnover is eye watering, they’re always recruiting!
