Terrible management. The higher-ups do not care about their employees and just want to make as much money off them as they can. They hate giving people time off. They encourage employees to misrepresent the products they are selling - most of the items in the store are from their own warehouses although they don't make that clear and they are often poor quality. When testing items for customers things often break or don't work. They do not carry many high-quality products that are actually healthy/safe for people's bodies because they don't make as much money off those as selling their own cheap stuff.
