Good nurses and cnas here and decent work life balance.

The problem here is management. They will beg aides to work overtime and then take aides off the business shift not allowing the possibility of proper care. They have a huge roach problem, so bad they have been found in the beds of the residents mainly because you’re lucky to get one round done on first shift when it’s required to be done every 2 hours. The building is so hot inside patients are miserable and they have a huge staffing issue. Mngmt barely leaves offices and are not supportive of nursing staff.
