The pay doesn’t show any respect for the individual. They seem events planning an a dogs body role but expect you to have specific tailored experience.

I had the pleasure of working at Sunshine Support for 2 years, and I can confidently say it was one of the best professional experiences of my career. The flexibility offered by the company was truly exceptional, allowing for a healthy work-life balance that is hard to find elsewhere. Management was incredibly supportive, always available to provide guidance and assistance whenever needed. Even though I no longer work for Sunshine Support, I left on very good terms and still keep in touch with several team members, which speaks volumes about the positive and collaborative work environment they foster. If you're considering a position at Sunshine Support, I highly recommend it.
