Global level has a good vision with talented people in leadership roles. The values of the company are great and reflected at the global level, but unfortunately don't transfer to a regional level (at least in the US headquarters).

The North American headquarters has ALOT of work to do to get into this century of business. Need to listen and take action based on the recommendations of people they bring in to drive certain parts of the business. There's a ton of easy wins to drive success, but the company is too bogged down in internal politics and unable or unwilling to see the bigger picture and how to get there (even when given a roadmap). However, much of this lies in the translation from one level to another; which highlights the ineptness of some leadership within the company (some of the individuals who are guilty of this are still there and some are not).
