Treated like a child in most settings, not given the right tools to do the job but yet expected to preform like a pro. I was a vst and was treated very unfairly. Management treats you like a dog, fellow vsts act like its an extension of high school with all the drama, back biting, gossiping.. its maddening. Went from a class employee for 10 months then the last 2 months I was ridiculed for everything from being a diabetic down to my work abilities when constantly understaffed. Was expected to follow rules that were unwritten and unfair. I wouldnt recommend this place to work unless you have a death wish. They will work you in the ground then get upset when you cant preform anymore.

no chance of advancement unless you "know" someone. No accolades for good work, health insurance is the pits. High deductible to the point its almost better not to have it, union is worthless and only helps field employees
